TAO2 in KP - Will it run in XP?

TAO2 in KP - Will it run in XP?

Will the TOA2 game in KP work with XP?

TAO2 is not supplied on the KP CD.

It is a separate download, available from WaR .

And no, TAO2 doesn't run in XP or Win2K.

However, the TAO3 scenario, an upgraded version of the TAO/TAO2 campaign game, IS supplied on the KP CD as a freebie, and runs wonderfully well in XP or Win2K.

Where is TOA3 on the Korsun Pocket CD? I can't find it. Or is it just a scenario in KP?

When you are the main menu you have a choice between Korsun Pocket scenarios and Ardenennes Offensive scenario (only 1)

There is a feature in XP which allows you to run programs as if they were in another operating system. Right click on the icon, go to Properties and check out the compatibility tab. This should make TAO2 work but I havent tested it specifically. It has worked with other programs though.

TAOs was designed to run under WIN 89.

Many have tried but it does not run under WIN XP
