I respect your opinion, and the decision not to "gripe about it" is your choice. However, once again, until you are in another person's shoes, you don't have the right to insinuate that their view of their PERSONAL experience is wrong. I have never once told someone who is deliriously happy with Matrix and the situation that they are wrong to feel that way. I'm simply giving my opinion, take it as that.

Course, I am talking to a Ravens fan, so I don't know if that makes any sense....Go Browns!!!! ;)

PreOrdered - 3/28/01 - Expectations high. Download became available - my modem looked at me and LAUGHED!! UPS FINALLY delivered (also a day late, I wonder why - maybe it's an East Coast thing?) Am pleased to report my first campaign battle was a raid on a supply train (tres cool) - Moderate victory and several promotions for the staff. I could get to like the Germans after all!
THANKS MATRIX for all your hard work!

Well, preordered early April, then thought "what the hell" and ordered a second copy just to show how much this game means to me (I have been playing since SP1 first hit the stores).
Still "processing", and yes I ordered a T-shirt.
Ah well C'est la Vie, or as we say in Thailand "Mai Pen Rai".
It only took 3 days and 23 retries to download

...not sure.....

...but I think my core force is getting a higher hit percentage when I'm wearing my new T-shirt....

I'll have to get back to you on that...

Very odd.

I'll tell you what is really frustrating, having ordered the day it was announced, sent a check, and I still have not recieved my copy, while it appears the majority of you have recieved your copies and are playing. I have sent a request to the help desk and awaite their reply, but the mail has come and gone, still no CD, whine, wimper, and whine some more. Hey but on the bright side, I have SPWAW ver 5.3 downloaded and I am enjoying it until that day in the future, that I am sure will come, that I too will have the Mega Campaign. So those of you that have it, count your blessings, and wish me some luck.

Yeah, I ordered a CD late March and another two mid-April, and though I've opened a helpdesk ticket to ensure the new-store-old-customer data didn't get lost, I'll still buy from Matrixgames in the future. It won't kill me if the CD doesn't show up on my doorstep for another two and a half months, because I purchased the CDs (and I really only need one) to invest in Matrixgames. I want these guys to succeed. No, I can't afford to pay all their bills, but I want to be counted as part of large group of supporters who pass their opinions of support to these guys. Our opinions, and ultimately our purchases, are what will help determine their future success. I'm looking forward to other preorder opportunities.

And, I've been playing their version of the damn game since it was made available for free. I figure $60 spent is well worth that. When I see the MegaCampaign CD on my doorstep, I'll take it as a BONUS.

Just my 2 cents.

ROTFL - I hope it works for me too!! Hey - this could be a selling point - I can see it know "every Tee shirt you buy increases your "to Hit" chance 10%". Have they sold a million yet?
