Not in CompUSA or Best Buy???

Korsun Pocket is a the second game using the award winning SSG Decisive Battles game engine. Korsun Pocket recreates the desperate German attempt to escape encirclement on the Russian Front early in 1944. The battle is a tense and exciting struggle, with neither side having a decisive advantage, as the Russians struggle to form the pocket, then try to resist successive German rescue efforts and last ditch attempts at breakout.

Not in CompUSA or Best Buy???

Post by Penguin »

I have not seen KP in my favorite stores. Best Buy is my fav because they drop the price $10 during the first week they heavily stock a new game. (However, this is probably underwritten by the publisher) It is on their website, but zero stock in the Florida warehouse. Oh well... I got hooked on the free TAO2, though I had previously dabbled with the Panzer General series. Actually, I liked PZ2 best, because of the maps--the later 3d stuff just looked goofy. Yes, of course I realize they were not "true" wargames..but they got me interested... And you could buy a strategy guide that had a lot of info on each country's armaments. I understand in KP, you have to print your own manual. Hopefully, they won't have a color logo on each page, forcing you to use up all those expensive colored ink cartridges....or to print in greyscale where you can't see the game control button colors...

I saw it at EB Games and CompUSA in San Francisco.

You can also order it online.

Bought mine at Compusa more than a couple of months ago. There may be a factor that if it's not selling like hotcakes they may replace it with soemthing else, then again, it may seel so well there's empty spots and they didn't bother reordering.
