Oh great. The 'let's get this thread locked' gang has arrived.

Take it someplace else. A dark alley would work. Knives are best.

I'm sure the Philippines have been 'poking' China.

What's that? They haven't? And China is still trying to take over the Spratlys?

Hmmmm.... Image

There is a lot of pretense, one side“takes over” the other pretends to have a genuine claim, or even an exceptional one.
Let’s compare global footprints.
You mean compare footprints of a semi-democratic country with two authoritarian countries one of which is currently committing a genocide and another is actively exporting fascism worldwide?
Both Russia and China are overtly toxic due to their history of authoritarianism and ruining socialism for the rest of the world by trying to implement it in backwards rural countries with disastrous consequences during the industrialisation phase and going the authoritarian route so they won't have as many client states as USA.

Really? I haven't heard of any Chinese or Russian Navy assets patrolling off the coast of the U.S. Russia is criticized for having wargames within it's own borders but it is fine for the U.S. to have troops in Poland. I don't care for any of it, from any side, as it heightens the possibility of conflict. But let's be fair and balanced about who is doing what and where.

Hi,
If USA is semi-democratic and Russia and China authoritarian then whe have a problem with 'democratic' European Union and Turkey relationship. [:)] Most relationship recently about how many Syrian refugues EU states want to receive. Or better give money to head count to the country to keep that immigrants. IMHO democracy in the world in that level. So Let's move away from discussion who is more democratic or peacefull.

According to experts immigration will cause more problems in the future. People moving away from dry hot countries to north countries.

As has been said, this is veering toward current politics. Please desist.

Yes also historically during Ottoman times, Arabs didn't want to mix up with Anatolia and Anatolia was -and still today- very conservative to its Asian roots. Regions about Arabs and Turks were secluded and also have different 'Tımarlı Sipahi' cavaly system during the time Ottoman.

Historically we were all immigrants, or descended from them, one or the other. Although before there were borders, we were simply nomadic migrants.
