Improving the German 1941 OOB

Hi everyone,

the starting OOB in 1941 for the Axis is not entirely correct. According to Leo Niehorster's Orbats:

- L AK (Army Corps), reserve of HGN (Army Group North) and its subordinate 'Polizei' Division and 86. ID were still back in Germany and France respectively;
- LI AK was still under operational control of 12. Armee and both its subordinated 79. ID and 113. ID were located in Germany;
- 52. ID (assigned to LIII AK of HGM [Army Group Center]) was still under the command of Heeresgruppe D in France.

Notably, R. Kirchubel in his "Operation Barbarossa" (Osprey publishing) shows the 'Polizei' Division in the rearguard of HGN.

While I understand that some sources may conflict, I would suggest to remove the aforementioned units from the map and make them spawn on turn 1 or 2, as according to Dr. Niehorster's site such reinforcements would have reached the frontline by July 4th.
