I downloaded Warplan. It loads a scenario, but the map is all green, no terrain or unit images (just numbers). My max video res is 1600x1200. Does that mean I can't run the game???

Did you bought the Steam or the Matrix version? Which scenario did you load?

I bought the game from Matrix Games. I only tried the 1939 scenario as the both the German and Allies. The game operates but I cant see anything. The terrain and unit outlines are not there.

Can you post the content of the output.log file in the directory named C:\Users\<User>\AppData\LocalLow\Kraken Studios\WarPlan?

Again, sorry I am new to forums. I found the file you were asking for and it says Shader Unsupported. I don't now how to upload the file and the screenshot yet. thanks

Yes, I have directx 12. I knew I couldn't run the editor, but I figured I would be ok with the game. I'm going to keep trying, I downloaded shader 4.0 and I'm updating adobe to v9.0

Downloaded adobe anyways, shader models are different. I can run toaw4 but I don't think you need much to do that. Before I purchased Warplan, I installed Silent Hunter 3 and a bunch of mods. Wondering if my shader model was changed to run an older game...

Matrix games has informed me that my video drivers are out of date, No Warplan for me. Also the support for my graphics is discontinued. thanks to any who have read and tried to help
