Extra general when Africa Korps appears

Its Dec 30, 1940 turn, axis and when Africa Korps appears, I got 2 generals, Rommel and Model appearing for some reason. Never seen that before. This my first time playing with the latest update, never seen this before, and if I had the choice, I would have the general in Europe!

and I just realised, a 2nd armoured unit, no infantry.

bug being already discussed on the main thread since Monday. Apparently it happens only if Bengazi is still in Axis hand.
