Royal Navy and Murmansk

Post by ncc1701e »

My opponent is asking a good question. Should it be possible for Royal Navy ships to use Murmansk port for resupplying their warships?

I am doing it.

My opponents always do it...
I play the Allies less often but think I have done it a few times but rarely.

Should it be possible?

Good question.

They do allow goods to be unloaded in port but won't allow troops to unload.
Would they refuel ships?
I am sure they have to refuel the merchants so I guess...
