Using WTIE1 training resources with WITE2

Simple question I guess, as a person new to the games, I've noticed of course there's a plethora of tutorials/tips etc., for WITE1 (specifically thinking the wonderful "Library of WITE Resources": https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 1#p4148291

How much of that can be used with WITE2? I mean just to get the basics... the flow of the game? For example to narrow it down the boot camps or "How Supply works"... ?

Hi, since WitE2 mechanics are very different, most of the technical/game tricks items are out of date unfortunately. I think some elements of 1.12 Total War are still relevant/cpuld be copied to a WitE2 guide.

The discussion in the AARs by MichaelT/HLYA perhaps still has some value, 3.2 and 3.3.

Section 5 (memes) is still highly relevant, 6.4 (Macros) could oerhaps be helpful for WitE2, even though CR filters have been improved.

How supply works unfortunately is completely irrelevant foe WitE2.

Someone who actively plays WitE2 long term perhaps could consider creating a library of WitE2 resources...
