1908's hypothetical WW III air war over central Europe

Not sure if this is the correct venue for this question; but I was wondering if anyone has done scenarios depicting the an air war over central Europe . (if you are familiar with board wargaming, this would cover the same topic as Red Storm.)

There were less than 100 aircraft in the entire world in 1908.

If you mean 1980s, there are a lot. I would start with Northern Inferno DLC and Northern Fury in the community scenario group. Red Tide DLC also has some. Red Tide is naval heavy for 1985, but has a lot of air battles. Northern Inferno is 1975 so is close. Northern Fury and the other furies are 1991 and have a companion book.
