Version 1.06 - New DLC modules

When I downloaded version 1.06 I noticed some new modules, like "Remember the Maine". When I click on it, it says that I need to "Purchase the DLC"? Can someone tell me where do I purchase these DLC's and what is the cost? Thank you.
