New Scenarios w/330 Not Working

I had the 327 files installed for PzC/Ostfront on a W10 machine, and it ran without issue.

However, I've run into a problem with the 330 update. At first, I thought that it was just an issue with the new scenarios not initializing correctly. Then I realized that I could generate a failure simply by selecting one of those same scenarios, and if I click anywhere on the scenario setup UI, the game crashes back to the PzC setup screen. Again, this is just occurring with the NEW scenarios. The old, pre-patch scenarios still load and run correctly with the game patched to 330.

Stuff I've tried:

Tried multiple compatibility settings in the Windows UI, W7, WINXP, etc.,.
Uninstalled PzC/Ostfront and deleted the corresponding Matrix directory.
Reinstalled game files and patch completely, using the "Administrator" setting on the setup files.
Ran the patch both online and locally, in the latter case as "Administrator."
Updated the graphics driver (which shouldn't generate a problem with new scenarios, if the old ones still run correctly).
Checked DXDIAG which indicates PcZ failing numerous times at the end of text:

Note also that DXDIAG notes that there's no driver for the onboard video, however I'm using an Nvidia card to run the game as indicated in the game config UI.
