I am doing really well. The diet and exercise is really helping, I have lost 30 pounds (10 before my heart attack), the meds are helping and so is rest. This is my last week off and since I work at home I am good. Had my appointment yesterday and things are going really well. They want me on meds for 6-12 months with the hope of weening me off most or all of them.

That's great news. I'm working on loosing some weight myself. I want to get off of my cpap....

I hope that as you are feeling better that your mood improves. Maybe you can post some colorful pictures? or funny ones? Note, if you are loosing some weights, be careful since they could cause an accident if they fall off, roll around, or something like that. As far as suggestions to help lose weight, I do have some if you want them . . .

my last post was over TWO years ago now I guess. I left around 2020, and came back one time since then I think.

Doing fine - busy doesn't even begin to describe it.

Kids are in middle school now, job keeps growing, Covid aftershocks still have the world upside down.

I just want normal again. Whatever that is.

How is everyone here? I still keep in touch with schanilec regularly. We always have a JTCS game going whenever I get around to sending him a turn back.
