Excessive "Locked on Target" Weapon Logic messages in message log

When weapons drop their datalink, they start sending "Locked on Target" messages. In some cases they can send excessively large numbers of messages about being locked onto every target they can see. Here is a save from the Korean Missile Crisis that demonstrates this behavior.

You must have "Weapon Logic" messages enabled in the game settings to see them.
