Which file contains the number of new trained pilots available each turn. I can't find it on the in-game editor screens so I assume it is in one of the CSVs. Most likely the nationality one but in that case you don't seem to be able to export it.

I think this is programatically calculated, not created by data.
All understanding comes after the fact.
