If supply unit can be activated on enemy impulse, edit one CP to East Med. Next own impulse activate supply unit and edit the CP back to port. Would that do the trick?
If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.

Needs to be activated during a reaction phase for the non phasing side. So in this case if there are no interceptable strategic bombings or ground strikes during the impulse, run a "fake" strategic bombing raid or ground strike that the non phasing side can intercept. This will allow the supply unit to be activated. Then reorganize the unit that performed the "fake" strike afterwards.

Yes. However, since the Axis fighters in Egypt are OOS there is no reaction phase so no opportunity to activate the supply.

For a while a GS in Egypt was considered. Thought it easier to do an rebase instead. :)

That's why I said you would need to run a 'fake' raid or strike in another theater of war where the non phasing side has units capable of intercepting. After the supply unit has been consumed during that activation, the air unit executing the 'fake' raid can be reorganized with an edited save. Not ideal but it's a reasonable work around.

I am sorry, I missed the 'fake' part. That is a decent workaround. The main negative thing is the cost of an air mission to do it.

Lands for Germany and Japan, naval for Italy.

Naval Air: Germany flies the Fockewulf from Sicily to the two box of East Med.

Italy flies the Falco to the two box of West Med and bring the Gabby down from the three box to the two box in East Med.

First naval move for Italy is below. Intercept?

No, thank you.

No SCS will be considered for interception in the Mediterranean.

Allies will search in the Italian coast first, then the East Med.

Edit: No air added. SUBs included in the It Coast.
