User made scenarios?

Hi,

Wondering if there is a location for user made scenarios one can try out...?

You know -- war start and Germans are gifted 100 HETZERS or something.. or Finnish troops are sent to the germans in June 1941
I have tweaked some of my own games to add an extra MOT division and FDB ... but just in the set up , didn't really change anything else.
