Campaign Mission CTD

Playing the Task Force Thunder campaign, I completed the 18th mission (Point Blank), and as the game loads the next mission it crashes. Save attached.

I realized I'm playing on version 2.03, and maybe installing 2.06 might help. When I tried that, however, the 2.06 installer says I do not have CMSF2 installed. I have no idea why. So that's a separate issue.
