CMO Aerial Refueling Error, Tacview, and Formation Errors

A few people have notices issues in aerial refueling including myself where planes use full afterburner to reach Tankers and crash on the journey.

Another issue is where Tacview does not display missiles in base mode but in beta it does which brings me to the formation error where if you assign an altitude in the beta, only the lead plane follows that altitude while the rest stay at 36,000 when manually attacking a target

Instead of making another thread, I'll add my file to this one.
Fail Safe - 01- Down Bird - the Sea Vixen CAP bolts to the tanker in full afterburner and dies.

Frequency - constant
Steps to reproduce - Create a support mission for AAR and wait until the CAP wants to refuel.

Manually ordering to AAR has managed to save the flight but the next one crashed again.
