Well it's going to be tight.

We've had to do a major restructuring of our resource files, plus overcome what turned out to be a bug in MS API code ( [:@] ). But we are making progress. Our new programmer Ariba has been working on a new Order of Battle Display feature for the Game. She ( yes she ) has done a fine job so far, despite the fact that she fell down the stairs at her home and has had to hobble around on crutches.

Next on the list is to incorporate the new Panther GUI graphics and the new Command Set graphics. We'll post some screen dumps once these are up and running. After that is the ability to export and import force lists in the ScenMaker and then the interface changes for the resupply code. If all goes well we hope to have these finished off by end of January, which leaves us just four weeks for final beta testing. This may not be enough, but we will see. most of the scenarios have been worked over by our testers already. Touch wood - fingers crossed etc. [:)]

He, he ... Last game, Dave issued PG Distinguished Service Awards. I wonder if he will be giving purple hearts for COTA.

I can just see my wife getting a telegram ...
Dear Madam,

Your husband, our beta tester, was killed in action late this evening. He was valiant until the end.

There was much noise, smoke, and confusion. Dave waived order delays and Mark and his squad of fellow testers moved to flank the enemy before the enemy could FUP properly. Suddenly, there was a blinding flash and he was gone. Mark had stepped on a CTD. I have the sadness to tell you that no save game was created, and I can offer you no more than this simple communication.

My condolences for your loss.

LOL !

Soon your wife will get a letter from the "Wargame Widows Compensation & Benefit Fund" - at a rate of $1 per hour of you being on "active duty" that amounts to a small fortune :)

I'll be getting the first PH then. When I took this job I didn't realise I was going to get a broken knee out of it!

Let that be a warning to you testers - Dave doesn't handle disagreement well!

Hurray (if I think this is what I think this is). Does this mean that we can import our already created forces into a scenario? I hope!

Ariba - welcome aboard and best wishes for a speedy recovery. If you add one more "r" to your name, it means "it arrives" in Spanish. Let's hope! [8D]

Why do you think I only reply with "Zum Befehl, mein Führer" to his postings ?

.. of course the "Führer Directive No. " he puts in the subject field is a dead give-away too

I'm not taking any chances with someone who thinks Al Capone was a bit of a sissy ...

I am looking for someone who can help with artificial intelligence integration services for a financial company. We also need to create solutions in the field of data science and machine learning that will optimise our bank's work processes, help implement innovations, and ensure financial stability and security. Where can I find such good specialists? Please let me know if you know where they work.
