B1728. LSM problems entering a NEZ with grassland terrain

As described in the title, is able to enter but not as easily as the elements embarked in the Ponce. Movement inside is more difficult, but this makes sense it is a landing ship. SO the bug report is regarding entering.

Scenario posted in this thread.

Move the LSM to the "beach" terrain, it is a NEZ with grassland 1m high. It is the same if you change to 0m.
