or maybe is more prominent on certain monitors.
(depending on what screen you're using might not be obvious, so please get closer, 25cm distance from the screen)

Blue noisy background:

What makes it worse is the grainy effect that appears when you rotate the camera slowly - the pixels keep randomly changing colors, as if
a new noise pattern were being generated every few milliseconds. It’s very distracting.
I'm bringing this to Tech Support’s attention because it doesn’t seem like something that was done intentionally;
perhaps it wasn’t clearly visible on some of the monitors used during development. In any case, it really needs to be addressed.
Could you try blurring it a bit?
Then there is the "rainbow noise" on the dark side of planets, these are better observed in "Free Camera" mode:

It almost looks like someone bombed all my colonies with glitter - the colors are again random and change wildly every few milliseconds as you rotate the camera,
making the effect looks like a video card artifact, despite not being one.
I get what effect you where going after, but the planet's lights seen from space are a uniform yellow-orange color. And even if another race choose a different color,
here the key word is uniform - not a rainbow.
Real lights from space (not a rainbow):

Again, these maybe don't fall under the "bug" umbrella, but you need to take a look at these nonetheless -
not everyone's eyes can handle all that quickly changing intermittent noise
These are easy fixes, and I'm sure people is also dropping the game over these things, so please do something.
