[FIXED] [1728] Planes land immediately after taking off

[This is from Desert Falcon DLC - presumably one needs license to open]

Observe the Rafales at Orange Caritat assigned to the ASuW (Ground) Mission with a ToT and flightplans already set. At the appropriate time the flights launch but after completing the holding pattern they immediately land without any orders to do so. Very frustrating. Other missions with similar ToT and flight plans, do behave as expected.

PS. You need to show some patience and let the time run a bit.

I did some experiments in the meantime and my conclusion is that the problem is caused if the Fuel State RTB has a value other than "No". If Fuel State RTB is set to No all planes behave as expected. See revised set up

Checked first scenario on B1769 and looks fine, so it will be fixed for next release.
