A walker, with 81% XP and morale 100%, just had a fatal accident while killing a militia rifleman entrenched at 50% on farmland and 0 malus terrain status. This seems incorrect to me given the description of patch 1.26o:

This can only happen against highly entrenched adversaries or in landscapes or river crossings that are not well suited for the Troop Type in question.

It can happen with any entrenchment, its just less likely. It might have broke a leg in one of the few trenches that were dug by the defenders.
