Austria flag does not appear

Working on my mod, I noticed that when you give a capitale to Austria (as minor or major country), the austria flag does never appear on the austrian capitale (I tried Austria as minor, and as major, and I tried also Austria in french side and in ennemy side : in all cases, the pb occurs).

Edit : Actually, I use UK slot for French imperial army, it's the reason for what there is Uk flag in french capitale camp on the attached image (it will be changed later)

There looks to be no default Austrian flag in the 'resource_flag_sprites.png' file. However if you custom add that flag on your end to this file, it should in theory then show.

Thanks, Hubert. I will implement it (noticed that the austrian flag is the N°7 in concerned flag file, with same order than country names in "localization" file)
