[RESOLVED] Update to 1.08.1674 Not working

I'm probably missing something simple, but when I try to update, I immediately get an error message that I have to be on 1.08.1674 to update to 1.08.1674. Error attached.

My PC is dual boot, Linux and Win10. I download the zip file to the Linux machine and transfer it to the Windows machine via thumb drive. I don't allow my Windows machine to connect to the internet because MS keeps trying to stealth push Win11, which I don't want.

I copy the zip file to the Windows machine and extract the files to a separate folder, then try to run the update.

My hardware is all PCIe 5, except the graphics card. AMD Ryzen 9 9700X processor - 12 core 24 thread, 64 GB DDR5 RAM, AsRock X670 PG Lightning MB, and 1TB disk space for the windows machine of an Nvme drive, 400GB used and 600GB free space.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? It's been a while since I've done an update.

Decaf had this same problem and had to uninstall and reinstall with the last setup files.

Thanks for the quick reply! Not looking forward to the deinstall/reinstall, but at least I know where to go and that it wasn't something I did wrong.

Well, I found out it was something I did.

There were two downloads with the 1.0801674 version, and I tried to load the patch.

Figured that out and installed the right download. Now my aircraft move in to a tanker, make a connection for a second and then revert to course.

When I tried to load the patch, it told me I was up to date. I will start a new thread.
