"Game data anomaly detected" in single player

I've seen it reported in PBEM. No idea if it is the same issue or something else since this is single player. Save file attatched.

Additionally but separately at least in the southern Spain and across the Straits hex terrain does not match the terrain map mode. Every single Heavy Urban hex in the screenshot is actually light urban.

Well, the "game anomaly" was looked into and apparently there may be a misspelled word somewhere. I had that and then it quit reporting it. It does not apparently affect the game play.
