Although, it would help knowing if US entry or partisans affects the Axis instructions.
No problem. Will post when I get home.

Italy had planned to build one TERR in hope of reinforcing Addis Ababa, but that was stopped by a bug.

Some bugs are not worth struggling with, and this is definitely one of them, so Italy changed tack, and production.

Anyway. This is mostly intended to inform why Ethiopia was not reinforced, and to warn about the bug.

22.4.5 Territorials (AfA option 10)
....
Some major powers and minor countries have one or more territorial units available in the force pools from
the start of the game. Territorial units form a new force pool but count against infantry gearing limits.
Italy can only build the Italian AOI territorial if it controls Ethiopia, Italian Somaliland, or Eritrea . It can
arrive as a reinforcement in any of these countries. [Clarification. Only Italy may build the AOI and its home
country is is any and all of Ethiopia
, Italian Somaliland, and Eritrea - Jan. 16, 2008.]

No, thank you.

It can not be placed, and I think it is because of a cooperation issue. If so, editing it in might cause other issues. Not worth the effort. Lets move on. :)

I really appreciate the offer. :)

They should co-operate according to the rules, but it is the obvious reason for not allowing placement. Noteworthy is that the program somehow thinks it can be placed since it does not let it remain at the production spiral as a reinforcement.

Edit: MWIF says it is a stacking issue so... :)

No worries. I would have tried changing the nationality of the Italian unit to align but would have been experimenting. To fix something like this I would build it from an earlier turn in the game then place it on the map. I would then copy the code text from the save for that unit and paste it into our current save against the same unit.
