[FIXED] B1877 Blackwing endurance

Reported several times in the db tracker, the endurance should be 60 minutes, however in the db is 60 seconds, being completely useless.

However according to Pygmalion:

I'm not really sure what's happening here. The propulsion has a fuel consumption of 1 kg/min and the entry has 3600 units of fuel (which really should be knocked down to 60 to get that 1hr endurance). But if it's still showing as 60 seconds, then something weird is going wrong. Recommend a tech support request on the forums as this is no longer a DB issue.
