Edited Scenarios Crash

Dear All,

So I did all the fixes suggested, that is install on C:\, run as administrator, set the overide high DPI setting in the exes.

I have an Alienware running Windows 11.

Even if I edit just a couple of things like TOE in a copied (and renamed scenrio), after a couple of changes when I run start new game, the bar runs across at the bottom and then it goes back to the main menu.

Frustrating!!!!

Any ideas?
