Is a document available that explains the PDT values?

I have changed a few values ,like weapon values (this was obvious) and also terrain defence values (some trial and error here to check which value was which terrain) myself.

I wanted to make Zone of Control movement un limited for example and would like a list of what the lines in general mean in the PDT.
