Hi, I asked this question in the breakout thread concerning your concerns... please help me out here?

I am not sure what ya mean there M4Jess. Do you mean the reinforcement guidlines where you say...

This is a special PBEM scenario where both players may call for any type of reinforcements they wish to.* The only special rules I suggest is that the German player may not call for reinforcements before turn 6, and the Russian player before turn 10** ...

This says that the germans get reinforced first not the russians?
