Breckin' the rules

With the editor, is there anyway to create an AT that breaks the rules? One that has too much mass, slots, etc.? I ask because it would be interesting to have a mission pitting a crack or better player against ATs that have been 'enchanced' but only have average or so pilots.

I think you'd be better off just setting the balance in favor of the enemy.
