Mist has just sent me his new version of the
'41 modified Campaign. It now replaces the older one at the download site. (see 1st post)

Have cut and pasted some hints and tips found on the 2 pages of this board and also copied Lorenzo's House rules. HintsAndHouseRules.doc
was done on word pad and is now available for d/Load.
Please post other hints and tips on the 'Tutorial available?' thread and i'll update the .doc file.

Thanks

Nick

Same here, we've needed a common site for downloading WIR related stuff like this. Thanks Loki, keep it going.

While I'm on this, how does this briefcase thing work? Is it really absolutely free as long as you don't go over 30Mb? If thats true, Loki, why not make yourself a mirror site for the current official version of WIR. Not important, just a thought.

Kuniworth & Ed

Thanks for that, i think its some german blood in me (the Speer factor) that likes to organise things but more likely its that this is one of my hobbies and we all know how much time we like to
devote to them.

Ed

Yes you just register(similar to registering to be on this board) and away you go. Up to 30Mb totally free.
This mirror site idea, sorry i'm a bit slow, what would i be mirroring? Do you mean i should have the V3.101 game on the Yahoo site?
If thats the case then Yahoo also give you a free web page that you can design yourself (say, like Rich Diones Pac War Page) Now look what you've done <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> you've gone and put the idea in my head.............hmmmmmmmmm...maybe

Pirate

Do you mean RickyB's scenerio? If so i have just recieved it from him and am about to start a pbem
game. (this will be fun)
However i need permission from him before i will upload it.

The scenario can go up if people want to try it out. I want to make one more change to it and see how it works before I am finished, but the change is small (a couple of extra artillery factories for the Soviets that come on line in 1943 at a size 1, and possibly an extra Heavy Industry somewhere that is the same). By the way, it is designed to work with Mist's latest map.
