Having trouble starting the game!

Tried in windows and dos, used windows dos troubleshooter, followed instructions listed in the update file.

Here is the problem:

windows - opening screen run fine, credits ok, then black screen which closes dos box and a warning message "general protection fault".

dos - same as above but when it goes to black screen I have to reboot system to recover.

I figured it was a graphical problem so I have tried most of the obvious screen sizes and colours (480x640 256 and up).

Please post replies here or send me an email if you have a solution....I CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY!
