Defective Game Part

Post by Hawk1207 »

I jsut received my copy of Boh and everything looks great except for the 3rd sheet of counters (Fired, Ops complete, Tiger, etc.). It appears that the printing was done on a slight diagonal so the information does not line up with the counters. I have searched the website and game instructions for information on who to contact but must be missing it. Can anyone provide information to lead me in the right direction. Thanks.

I'm sure Mark or David will contact you soon, they are very responsive and Matrix service is very good.
Keep the box and the counters intact, you can need to send the box back.

Hi, we have a very few copies with this problem, among them my personal one, we currently checking in with the printer to see what we can do here and to set up a procedure.

Please write to support@matrixgames.com and it would be great if you could send a scan of the sheet too to the same email adress.

Hi Hawk,

Thanks for addressing this, Marc.

Hawk... in short, I know that Matrix and David will make good ANY defective parts and make them good quickly. Like Marc said, one avenue we are exploring is FedExing replacement counter sheets straight from the printers.

Best,
Mark

I just got my copy today and mine has the same problem. I don't have any way to send a scan of the sheet, but I guess I'll contact the e-mail address listed and hopefully this can get fixed.
