Yep, know what you mean.

I didn't really realize just how much work I was getting myself into. Then of course, there you are, having spent an hour or so slaving on the darn thing and accidently hit the "fill" button and "boom" just like that the entire map is crise crossed with railroads! [X(] Having not saved most of the work, I then go into a rather unseemly fit of rage which leaves my whole family looking at me like a mad man. [:D]

Just keep it up. They'll get used to the behavior and won't look at you strangely anymore.

Anyway, I kind of developed a sixth sense. Whenever your input doesn't immediately take effect, it's probably because you accidentally hit the 'fill' button. Just stop.

Touch nothing. Freeze. Watch warily. Give it a good ten seconds before you let your guard down. Now when those awful railways go everywhere, you can hit 'undo.'

When is the 1984 Eurasia vs Oceania vs Eastasia scenario coming out for the global map.
It would be fun to have a trigger whereby the alliances changes every few turns....

This couldn't be done in TOAW at present- but it should be relatively easy for Matrix to implement: allow units/formations/colour sets to switch sides by event.

Nahh... We want multiple players. Should be doable, too. Three, four, five -- why not?

Great for Yugoslavia in World War Two. Also, of course, ultimate Diplomacy. Lessee what else...

Greece in World War Two.

Yeah.
"What did you read at university?"
"War Studies"
"War? Huh. What is it good for?"
"Absolutely nothing."

True enough. It would be nice to play out some WWII scenarios with multiple sides, without having to bounce the turn all over the place to a zillion players to somplete one round of combat!
