Things are heating up in "bloody lane"
Those Stugs can take alot of hits from my Shermans and Cromwells
In the South another Commando Squad arrives, fighting is brutal here, there are 2 MGs that keep ripping my men apart.
Help is on the way to the Commmandos if they can just hold out a little longer.
Scouts capture 2 'nuetral' V hexes southeast of the High ground area.
In the "high ground" area, repeated German Attacks are repulsed and now we are slowly advancing out form the gigh ground..
The fight in Bloody lane was indeed bloody, but we are also pushing out froom there.

Pushing out from Bloody Lane, we advance on the German held village of ST Pierre, 5.5 artillery is called in ahead of our advance as a shot rings out from a German AT gun.

The sound of hedges being breached alarms us, we thought the Germans were now concentrated in ST Pierre..

Now a Nashorn is spotted as Germans counter attack along our lines of advance with Infantry and Halftracks.

Arrrrg perhaps we should not have advanced on ST Pierre, more German counter attacks, now a couple of JPz 48s pop out of the town one is destroyed also Pzschrek teams and Infantry, mobile flak guns are all counter attacking.
Another 75mm ATG is spotted too. this town is well defended.
My infantry has been shot to pieces.
On a Good note we saw the approachng Nashorn in the south and set up an ambush for it.
The ambush waits
