The Axis have offered terms, and the Soviets, and Western Allies have accepted. My opponent played a flawless game, leveraging his strengths, and bearing down at many points. He was well aware of the vulnerability of Axis units to supply cutoffs and never allowed me any opportunity to catch him.
As far as I know all the PBEM games with the British and Germans at 150% have resulted in Axis victories.
Congratulations to JJ on his victory.
