Moscow Stalingrad Leningrad and Danzig in German control. This is with option 1 victory conditions. I read the Caveat that states this must include all Historical Conquests, which I guess must also include France.

Ah yes,
Then you must conquer, or obtain otherwise, the conquests that Germany made, during the 2nd world war. And be sure that they are all german, not italian.

I will transfer Bulgaria and Yugoslavia to Germany. And the gods willing I will conquer France. But is Crete and Greece added to the list ?

I believe that only production centers are, so Crete would not be part of it, but Greece would be. I´d have to check the code to be completely sure, but I am fairly sure Crete isn´t.
