Italy, Japan combined, Germany land action

Italy sends ships to W Med 2 box where their air is located. Search and both sides find. Cw last Carrier plane was shot down and the 2 Italian NAVs are thru. CW AA fire reduces them to 1 factor. CW last carrier with a CVP onboard aborted. With no air left the CW and France abort all.

Italy frees Sardinia knocking out the CW Div there.

Germany Blitzes to one hex East of Paris, killing 2 French units.

The last Japanese not disorganized in the north of China takes Ningsia. Us does not care.

All pass. The French situation is bad, next turn reinforcements may help some.

German Ground strikes knocks out a French Fighter and disorganizes al in Paris and one other as well as the Mtn in Greece.
Japan strike fails.

The attacks were all at high odds and they all succeeded.
The Situation in France is calamitous for the Aliies.

France sails their faster cruisers, Transport and convoys to Cape San Vincent to evade the Axis forces.

Japan sends a Garrison unit to Truk.

3 attacks in France at very high odds, Paris is not yet attacked. No attack in Greece or China
The attacks all went well.

With a little luck, the Axis could get a French conquest this turn. If the turn last long enough, the French Factories might all fall...

CW invades Portugal with a Div out of reach of the Defending Gar unit.

Chinese Nationalists improves their front a little.

BEF evacuated from France.

Ground Strike Athens failed. Ground strike China hit Mao missed the other unit in hex.

Attack on Paris at +12.8 took the City. Another attack in France at +17 rolled a 3 resulting in A German unit lost and several disorganized.

Attack on China cost the Communists a unit but disorganized 2 Japanese and lost one unit.

French SUB fails to find Italian Convoy in Italian Coast.

CW units debark in Portugal on beach head made by their Div earlier. China backs off one hex with two units to straighten their mountain line in the south.

A Communist unit moves to assure supply from further west in case Lan-Chow should fall.

Athens fell and Lan-Chow also fell. Mao in Lan-Chow retreated west. The last Communist city is yet another couple of hexes to thewest.
