The turn is soviet but it says my password is wrong, did someone somehow change it?

Maybe it's a cross post ? I didn't play a turn and it would normally have been me who passes to russia.

Jeffrey H. is correct I must have crossed posted game 19, so I replayed turns for both games 19 and 20 they both should be back on track. Getting sloppy in my old age.

We have definitely lost Jose the French player, the French are in good shape having repelled the Germans. If any player would like to take part and doesn't mind joining a game underway, then let me know I have the password. If not then this game is finished.

I am Japan in this game. The French player has been keeping up better than before, or at least it seems that way to me.

I don't have a problem with the British taking over the French, seems like the most logical solution assuming baloo7777 does not mind doing it?

No problem with me. I think on the last British turn we had discussed the French Peace initiative (with Germany). As the Germans have begun withdrawing Uboats from British home territorial waters, we may still be able to support that initiative, whether I play or someone else plays France.

The Franco-English Alliance is having a Peace-fest. The French responded favorably to an Italian request for alliance and feasting! We are both opening new bottles of wine together!
However, those stiff upper lip allies of ours keep reminding us of the tinderbox that the East has become. Just how long can the peacefulness of peaceful nations remain, well, peaceable??? [:D]

Maybe we should all look into building a starship to Alpha Centauri?

Oops, wrong game.

Fascist world domination is too boring. Peace is the way to go. The Fuhrer invites everybody for a love-in at the Reichstag.....[;)]

The world has gone mad, there is no war ! Although previous games have shown, the English Empire will out produce us all if not curbed from the early stages.

It must be pointed out that it is only May 1939 and there has already been a bloody War between Germany and France and the UK. This already takes this game into the red literally compared to the simulations sire the 2nd World War. The smell of war is in the air I am not certain where it is coming from but its coming and you better be ready.

The French basically state to Japan that they will follow England into war. As Chesty Puller would say, "We're surrounded, that simplifies things" Or something like that.
