I registered in 7 March 2004, e-mail is correct, but I have not been granted an anniversary coupon. So I am unsure how to check if I used it or request to see if I am eligible. because when I try I got the following message.

"Sorry, but you do not qualify right now for a new Anniversary Coupon, you will have to wait for your next anniversary."

Opp I got confused, because in Oz we use DD/MM/Year format, sorry about that I forgot about the different format.

Got my anniversary coupon on December 7th. thank you. Will I get another next December 7th. If not, I'd like to take advantage of the D-Day sale, if possible.

question regarding the coupons. It says % off next purchase, does that mean 1 product or whatever i have in my cart.

Whatever you have in your cart.
You can always simulate if a coupon is working or not during the checkout. The coupon will only be deactivated after the checkout, when the order was processed.

How long are the coupons good for. I received an email but there wasn't anything I wanted to buy at the time.

Mine says there are no coupons and there's no date listed as to when I will get one [:(]

What does it say in the area that should show the date? Are you looking in the right place? Check the instructions above again to be sure and contact support if you still cant see it.
