Fractional odds was a 6....
Don't understand that at all. Anyway - the land throw was a 5 so after all that mucking about from the brainless wonder the result was only slightly different to what I thought it was about 5 hours ago.....
The heroic defenders of Warsaw are no more and the lead elements of VIII Mechanised Corps are the first to enter the city.

Just roll 1d1000 and keep previous attack roll. I have done that few times, specially when odds are like 4,977 (24,98:5) and program shows 25:5.

Fractional odds roll is 1d1000.

Good job it was unimportant then - which it was designed to be. I would have got it closer to 5:1 but I could not be arsed attacking individually just to stop a division from attacking so I went with everything instead - which I guess made for a fractional odds throw.

Fractional odds roll was made as 1d100. That needs to be rerolled.

Odds is 5:1 regardless if the fractional roll is a success or not. There is no 6:1 assault table.

Not sure why as the land roll could not be worse - only better - and the only number that would have been disastrous was a 1 as Warsaw would not have fallen.
I have re-rolled anyway - e-mail should be with you - showing an 18.

...anyways....
Re-base:
Germany
The Germans re-base their fighters and a bomber unit west.
Japan
The Japanese rebase a bomber forward to Changsha and a NAV more centrally at Shanghai.

Doesn't that mean the fractional odds calculation on 5:1 should be based upon how far the odds are towards 7:1? The rules state the calculation is based upon how far you are towards the next odds ratio. On Blitz it would be 6:1 but Assault is 7:1.
Not that it makes any difference to the result but I think the 18 (.018) might have been enough to shift to a 7:1 attack. The calculation would have been 2.5/20 = 0.125.

Next ratio from 5:1 is 6:1. Assault from 7:1 does not become to 10:1.

Yeah, what Courtenay said. You never deal with odds columns ever again, and the fractional roll is just a third dice in the majority of combats. I'll never go back.

Italy wish that Bulgaria could align with them but, unfortunately, they can not.
Japan is available for selection and would really like to have fun but I fear that Germany would object.
So Bulgaria aligns with Germany.

Searches: Allies 5, Axis 4.
I used the 2 Axis surprise points to boost damage from 2A to D,A. Which of the CA's would you like to target?
