Yes - I got my .6 and .4 around the wrong way (not for the first time) but its 1 oil expended.

Yes, I noticed. I am generally amazed reading all these AARs how many German players neglect building their new ones until the 2nd half of the year. This game system quite rewards using them - multiple times per turn.

Denmark, and Poland, are conquered by Germany.
