You are expanding off the wrong screen link. Start with industry screen and pick a factory to expand.

lol, I must be doing it really wrong. Which industry screen should I use? When I use the one that shows all the factories I don't have an option to expand. [&:] Which shortcut is the screen I should use?

Industry Management screen sorted for r&d, then click on type (air frame you want to expand.

This screen lets you add 1, 10 or double. Very flexible. The on-map industry doesn't have the same choices.

Dec 20th, 1941

The KB escorted the Kuching Invasion in, there were no air attacks on it. I almost sent the KB up to Kuantan to hit the Archimedes CB Task force there, but Archimedes moved from there, and another task force spotted close to Singers with a carrier.[X(] There are a lot of planes at Singapore.

2-1 Attack goes off at Hong Kong, lowering forts to 1. Looking good here.

Kuching has 150av of defenders...we will need to reinforce here.

Miri troops are reducing disruption and fatigue from landing will attack soon.

Manado troops are resting to, will attack again in a day or two.

Chinese troops continue to take losses, IJA routed another corp in the open yesterday, but they have had some successes too, with their aggressive opening attacks. China is no walkover here.



Kuantan is a size four airbase, and would give Japan lots of flexibility.

Victoria Point auto flipped, and the damaged planes there were destroyed. Hoping to do the same thing at Tavoy which now stands empty, but with runway damaged from yesterday's raid at 53% (and there are 21 planes left there).

Tried to sweep Kuantan, but the small Zero squadron didn't fly.

A very fun area right now. Manado is desperately needed.

5th Carrier Division back in action...they replaced lost planes from the Pearl raid at Truk.

A heavy SAG in re-routed to Babeldaob to counter spotted Allied fleets near Manado.

You know, I think I need to try to forget how to upgrade factories. Then I might be able to learn how to take Karachi!

KB looks to provide cover for a quick invasion of Kuantan.

Lots of air attacks on KB, escorted by Hurricanes. None hit.

Archimedes is missing...

5th Carrier Division shepherds in the Kavieng invasion. Lots of Hurricanes here...

What's the best hurricane counter in 42 (aside from blowing them up on ships/airfields)? Tojo IIa?

It is Orphan Ann! [:D] See broadcasts again as Hong Kong falls...those troops will now plan for Singers. A very tough nut to crack.

What's the best hurricane counter in 42 (aside from blowing them up on ships/airfields)? Tojo IIa?

The A6M3a is good matchup too. The Tony is armored and pretty fast, but SR3 and weak guns. Still, I would put them up against Hurricanes at least defensively.

Kuantan falls...but Archimedes shows up...

Subs nails some light cruisers: Durban takes 1 torpedo, escorts foil three attacks on CA Effingham, and Tromp takes one torpedo.

Four more air attacks on 5th Carrier Division -- no hits.

A CL SAG raids into Rabaul and sinks the xAP Taroona with a Long Lance attack before being spotted.
