Modest proposal: activate Vichy France as an Axis minor if the Allies invade Spain. Plus do a partial mobilization of Spain if the allies invade Portugal to beef it up.

I agree Spain could have happened under the right cirumstances. Also these games if there is no variation they are less fun, But some price to pay or a bit stronger Spain might not be a bad thing.

And being honest. When the USA have joined the war, what kind of political consequences have the allies to worry about?
The only reason why Spain didn´t joined WWII is because Franco was enough smart to placate Hitler regarding his "neutrality" as well as the allies.
This said...It´s too easy to invade Spain.

I do have plans in place to call up reserves for Spain if Portugal is invaded so they aren't taken out in 1 shot. I'll do a little research on this situation.
