correction made, sign error wrt/ CW BLP (Build Points Lost). The CW gained 11 BPs from Danish units, still alive and with the CW at the end of the turn, and from their free warship builds.

Hi Ronnie, are you not missing the two MIL(0) CBV units for Vienna and Bratislava?

Are these two missing MIL CBV supposed to be in the Reserve Pool or on map at game start in SO 1939?
