found it ! took me long enough cause sharpening the edges didnt work ingame, it was : Remove Custom Split Normals: If shading is still broken, go to the Object Data Properties tab, find Geometry Data, and click Clear Custom Split Normal Data.

M10 now in game, needs some uv map fix still
but nice to see the recoil of the gun when there is no roof

but beware, she has not as much armor as a Sherman..
