I'm currently in a PBEM against Mike Solli and have just started using this tool. I have all my convoy lanes set up and had assigned the TF's to them over the last couple of turns and things were fine. I ran todays turn and now all of the lanes report no units assigned to them. Further, NGT also says I only have 7 convoys. Any thoughts on what may be happening here ? Using 6.90

Probably over thinking this but I just can't get my head around the Campaign/Operations.

Which of these is closest to working with the operations/campaigns?

Operation: AUSTRALIA - Brisbane Actions
T1: Enlarge Brisbane Port [Port: 5(4)]
T2: Enlarge Brisbane fortifications [Fort: 0(9)]
T3: Enlarge Brisbane Air Field [AF: 4(7)]
T4: No. 23 Sqn RAAF Det - Naval Search/20% Training/10% Rest +Upg +Repl
T5: xAPs meet with xAPs from Sydney and proceed to San Francisco
T6: xAKL from Brisbane to Sydney
T7: xAKs meet with xAKs from Sydney and proceed to San Francisco
T8: PGs go on ASW patrol around Brisbane

option 2:
Operation: AUSTRALIA - Brisbane Logistics
T1: Enlarge port [Port: 5(4)]
T2: Enlarge fortifications [Fort: 0(9)]

Operation: AUSTRALIA - Merchant Shipping Operations

All of those could be used as an operation. For example:

In CAMPAIGN PLAN, you create a line of effort called “Australia Defense” and assign it to SWPA Theater. You then create a milestone called “BRISBANE DEFENSE” and assign it to that campaign.

In OPERATIONS, you create Operation Dereck and indicate it’s meant to fulfill the Brisbane Defense milestone (or you can assign it to the LOE generally). Within the Operation, you then create the T1 through T8 key tasks you described and can further assign specific units to those tasks.

If your Brisbane Defense needs a series of operations, you can link them together as part of their own campaign (separate from the campaign plan- I might change the terminology here). IE you can replicate the Central Pacific Drive by connecting all the subordinated amphibious assaults.

Let me know if that helps or if I misunderstood your question.

Also - you can export your NGT state in Staff Duty/Staff Duty Officer/Dossier, If you send me that, I can look at what could be the specific issues.

Maybe instead of "campaign" you could use "operational goal" for the end result.
